This 4 story townhouse project consisted of decluttering, cleaning, repairs and staging using existing furniture before placing it on the real estate market to sell.

 

Project:

 

• Kitchen - replaced damaged wall, leaking facet, paint and install new flooring

• Dining room - declutter, remove mirrors on the wall, repair walls, paint, and install new flooring

• All other rooms - declutter and clean

• Half Bathroom - clean, replace toilet and floor

• Exterior deck repairs and garbage removal

• Furniture, clothes and books were donated to local charities and organizations.
